Is it possible to burn fat, workout less and lose weight?
Yes. In fact, to burn fat the most efficient way, you need to workout less often. And if you do it right you will lose weight.
Ain't that a beautiful thought?
If you are like me, you struggle daily in our fast food, junk food, instant gratification world to say no to all the temptations and stay healthy.
